Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund (100%).
After 7 days you are still eligible for a partial refund but only after your subscription period is over. At the end of your subscription period, please contact us at algo@cryptoblood.io or via Telegram and we will run a backtest report for the exact period you signed up. If in that period Bloodalytics was not collectively profitable on all active pairs during that timeframe, we will refund you 50% of your subscription amount.
